L5 Hig grade spondylolisthesis

This is the case of an hig grade spondylolisthesis of L5 that I have operated on last week.
The point of discussion is always the same: reduce or not reduce the olisthesis ?
I think we have to discuss it case by case.
In this specific case I decided to reduce the hig grade spondylolisthesis.
