Kyphoplasty: is it a good result ?

Postop control high grade congenital kyphoscoliosis

This is the postoperative radiographic control of the congenital kyphoscoliosis I have operated on today. I performed an asimmetric T12 osteotomy in order to restore the coronal and sagittal plane.

Hig grade congenital kyphoscoliosis

This is the preoperative program of an high grade congenital kyphoscoliois that I have to operate today. There is a T12 left hemispondilo and I will show you the results.

Intraoperative control of hig grade right thoracic scoliosis

This is the intraoperative control of the scoliosis I have just operated on. As you can see I stopped the instrumentation at T5 and not at T4 because I realized it was enough. I think it was a good job.

Today's deformity

This is the case of an hig grade right thoracic scoliosis with a left thoraco-lumbar curve associated. I present you the pre-operative I have done and I will show you the result as soon I have it.

PO control: L5 hig grade spondylolisthesis

This is the post-operative control of the L5 hig grade spondylolisthesis.
You can see the complete reduction of the olisthesis of L5 and also the TLIF procedure with a PEEK cage filled with autologous bone graft.
